Company history
Chris Hilker started this company in January of 2007. His goal is to provide affordable computer services to residential and small business users in Southern Illinois. The company is located in West Frankfort IL. Chris holds an Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute, Class of 1995. He has also been previously certified as a Cisco Certified Network Associate. Chris has been employed by companies such as CMS Communications as a phone system technician, Charter Communications as a lead cable/internet technician, MCI Worldcom as a data line(DS0, DS1, T1, T3) lead technical support technician, and American Water Works in the areas of network management, desktop support, help desk services, internet/intranet support, and equipment maintenance, repair, and installation. He has worked as a contractor for TAC Worldwide as a desktop deployment technician and MSI International installing point of sale equipment, servers, and Cisco networking equipment. He currently also contracts with PC SOS, GO2IT, and Barrister Global Services Network. Locally, his commercial customers have included Sips and Nibbles Catering, A Theraputic Touch Day Spa, and Rural King Distributing.
