|    In Shop Services:The below services are $35.00 per hour for one computer with services rendered at my shop. There is an additional charge of $20.00 per hour for each additional computer I provide services for at the same time as the original at my shop. Please fill out the Work_Authorization.pdf or Work_Authorization.doc prior to services being rendered.The diagnostic fee is $25.00. I will provide you a written estimate for the repairs. The $25.00 charge is waived if I perform the repair.
- *Re-installation of operating system, applications, backup and restoration of your personal files, e-mail, music and Internet favorites.
- Routine/Preventative Maintenance:
- Cleaning up your hard drive of unnecessary files and programs.
- Ensure that your computer has all the current updates installed.
- Run scans of your anti virus and anti spy ware programs along with the removal of any detected spy ware or viruses.
- Performance tests to ensure system working properly and to detect issues before they turn into major problems.
- Cleaning of inside of the computer case to remove dust from critical parts of the cooling system.
- Installation of networking equipment and the related computer configuration.
- Removal of spy ware & viruses from your computer:
- Will provide information and setup of free software for future protection.
- Installation and configuration of new software:
- **Password recovery/reset for Windows 2000, XP(all versions), and Windows Vista(all versions).
- Need to remove personal information from a PC before you get rid of it? I can wipe your hard drive to remove your personal information using US Department of Defense cleaning and sanitizing standard DoD 5220.22-M:
- I will provide a signed certificate and copy of the program log as proof it was completed.
- ***Need hardware cheap? I can offer you free, functioning used hardware. All you pay is for the installation. The hardware is fully tested to verify that it is working properly before I place it into your computer. If hardware is needed that I do not have or you want to install specific or custom hardware, I will search for the best quality at a reasonable price or you can provide the hardware and I will install it:
- Replacement of Laptop LCD display. I will find a compatible display for your laptop or you can provide a display and I will install it.
If there is a service that I have not listed or I am not able to provide, I maybe able to still assist you or refer you to someone who can. Just ask.
* Must provide all original software, licenses, and program keys for this service.
** Must provide proof of ownership, and a valid photo id.
*** Additional S&H fees & taxes may apply to any equipment I order for your computer. You will receive a copy of the invoice from the order. Hardware includes motherboards, memory, CMOS batteries, network cards, video cards, CD/DVD drives & burners, modems, sound cards, hard drives, power supplies, external equipment, etc.
